About the Regulatory Compliance Lead Role: As the Regulatory Compliance Lead, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless preparation, registration, and ongoing renewal of products within the country. Your role will involve meticulously preparing regulatory documents, assembling dossier components, and ensuring compliance with key registrations and milestones. Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and prepare regulatory documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy for dossier assembly
• Drive the stakeholders towards the timely achievement of critical registrations and regulatory milestones, fostering efficiency and effectiveness in navigating regulatory processes
• Efficiently manage the implementation of technical/formulation site additions, registration transfers, third-party authorisations, and entity name changes within the region, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of regulatory documents and database entries by ensuring regular updates in both global regulatory software and the IRDR database, guaranteeing compliance with evolving regulatory standards
• Oversee the comprehensive preparation, registration, and ongoing renewal processes for all products within the country, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Provide invaluable regulatory guidance and support to various company compliance activities, serving as a reliable resource for navigating complex regulatory landscapes
• Oversee the meticulous submission and follow-up processes for various permits and registrations, including experimental use permits and registrations for crop protection products in FPA, ensuring thorough compliance checks and timely approvals

To succeed in this Regulatory Compliance Lead role, you will need a combination of regulatory expertise and agriculture industry background. Key Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years of regulatory experience, with a preference for candidates who have managed Crop Protections, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the agricultural sector
• Ability to take ownership of conclusions and recommendations, assessing potential impacts to the business and making informed decisions to drive regulatory compliance and success
• Ability to collaborate with different functions, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate regulatory activities across various departments
• Knowledge in agrochemicals and BioSolutions, with the ability to apply this expertise to regulatory processes and compliance activities
• Proven experience in a life science regulatory environment, with a track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory landscapes
• Specialisation in agriculture or life sciences is highly desirable, showcasing a strong academic background and expertise in relevant fields
• Up-to-date knowledge of country regulations in agrochemicals is considered an asset, with the ability to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards
