Commercial Manger | Ireland, UK & Europe €Executive Level Salary & Benefits (car, pension, bonus’s & more) A unique opportunity with national/international construction group, based in HQ.
- Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe.
- Sectors include data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.
- You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximising commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff.
- Also contribute at Senior Executive level introducing innovative business methodology, strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.
