The successful candidate will be carrying out duties such as: Provide technical leadership to production team members. Co-ordinate process related fault finding and issue resolutions. Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects throughout the mill. Liaise with 3rd party contractors when required to solve problems and develop processes. Actively participate in the planning and implementation of capital improvement projects. Work across various departments to achieve management objectives and targets.
