  ＜Responsibilities＞ As a Procurement/Purchasing Staff you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth procurement process for our packaging materials and supplies. Your responsibilities will include identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships. You will also work closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials to support our production and delivery processes. ●Identify potential suppliers for packaging materials and supplies. ●Evaluate suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and delivery time. ●Generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently based on production and inventory needs. ●Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and stock availability. ●Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. ●Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain a positive partnership. ●Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to understand their procurement requirements.

  ＜Requirements＞●Bachelor's degree ●Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in the packaging industry. ●Strong negotiation and communication skills. ●Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ●Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
