Review arrival lists to welcomeguestsAttend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) andanswer their inquiriesHelp prepare welcomefolders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, areadescriptions)Provide information aboutamenities, area and venues and promoteservicesAnticipate guest needs and buildrapport with customersOffer assistance withcertain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, takingmessages)Address customer complaints andescalate to Guest Relations Manager whenneededRecord information in the logbookdailyEnsure compliance with health and qualitystandards
