Design all sketches forconstruction projects and monitor all change orders and assembleall materials and required documents for presentations and bids andprocess all subcontracts andcontracts.Maintain confidentiality of alldocuments and provide technical support for all projects and manageall required materials and perform regular inspections on customersite and assist in installation.Prepareestimates for all actual costs and compare same with all estimatesand ensure profitability of all jobs and assist to install allrequired equipments on site as per regulation and codes andcollaborate with technicians andpersonnel.Collaborate with customers andpublic and ensure optimal relations at all times and ensureresponse to all customer queries and provide appropriate salesleads to department and ensure adherence to all best policies asper control plans.Prepare all documentsrequired for projects and maintain accuracy of all estimates andmanage all project data and administer all communication withmanagement to mitigate all risks inprojects.Evaluate work of all projectsupervisors and manager and analyze project schedule andcollaborate with insurance adjuster to prepare all estimates forprojects and ensure optimal utilization of allleads.Monitor all customer requirements andprepare estimates for same and design budget for efficient workingfor same and prepare proposal for all cost volumes and bidforms.
