Reports to: Field Services Manager (Direct), Field Services Engineer (indirect) Category: FTE Unit / Division / Department / Section: Field Services Location – KSA JOB PURPOSE Responsible for running job site in coordination with subcontractors by supervising the installation and incorporation of materials to ensure they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervision of site Installation and jointing
Monitor assigned project through close supervision to have all jointing activities in line with the approved procedures and FPI quality
Give all installation crew the correct installation documents (methods statements/Lamination recipes, Isometric drawings) for proper
Supervise jointing works to meet set targets and schedules.
Supervision of Site Line/Joint testing activities
Monitor the performance and documentation of all tests mentioned in the Inspection Test Plan
Implement approved testing procedures to prevent future line
Perform line inspection and document reviews prior to any
Monitor use of all testing equipment according to the standard operating manuals
Site visits, inspection, and reporting
Conduct, evaluate and witness all testing activities related to the installed piping
Submit daily and weekly comprehensive reports for various site activities as required and in accordance with the site ITP and ISO
Maintain a library of photographs related to installation work progress for records and
Maintain a list of tools and equipment and report any damage so repair and/or replacements can take
Liaise with Clients
Build a strong and close working relationship with clients.
Attend progress and coordination meetings to monitor all related project
Raise issues to client and /or management that affect the quality and proper execution of the
Teamwork & Employee Excellence
Enhance work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team
Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvements and development
Establish KPI’s for individual units and ensure that they are aligned with FPI’s mission and vision.
HSE
Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and
Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as
Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and

External: Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients, and Third-Party Inspectors

Responsible for stopping a work that is not in line with the approved procedures and performed in unsafe conditions.
Skills Required Qualifications:
Technical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering (Preferred)
Preferred Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in installation of Fiberglass pipe systems.
Job-Specific Skills:
Detailed knowledge of piping systems, raw materials, and installation techniques
Can read Isometric drawings, elevations, and coordinates.
Good communication skills- English is a must.

We are seeking an experienced professional Supervisor Project Engineer (known in the industry as Project Manager) who worked heavily in managing and executing capital projects in Refining and Petrochemicals industries to join the SAMREF Project of Liquid to Chemicals Project Management.<br />
<br />
The Project executes an integrated scope of Residue Upgrade Complex and a world-scale Mixed Feed Steam Cracker alongside downstream petrochemical units in Yanbu to convert low value bottom-of-the-barrel Fuel Oil produced at SAMREF Refinery into more valuable premium products and further into petrochemicals.<br />

The Supervisor Project Engineer primary role is to lead and manage a unit with several project engineers and site superintendents in charge of executing capital projects. The Supervisor Project Engineer role also involves managing the business aspects of the unit consisting of but not limited to HR, training, cost control, schedule control, cybersecurity requirements and manpower planning. Ensure that the engineering design, procurement, construction and project completion is done in compliance with the project objectives, standards and procedures, and contractual requirements.<br />

These tasks are performed using Company guidelines, technical work instructions, test procedures, engineering notices and best practices to complete the scope of functions where required. This is field position. <br><br>Responsibilities: <br><ul><li> Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. </li><li> Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy; comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Work Instructions. </li><li> Carry out work assignments with the highest level of service delivery. </li><li> Participates in all daily operations & safety meetings, toolbox, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and reports any issues promptly using the appropriate tools. </li><li> Responsible for operating and maintaining MWD/LWD surface systems and down hole tools at rig site. </li><li> Interpret down hole data and liaise with directional drillers, company men and geologists. </li><li> Generate client deliverables including logs, las and reports daily. </li><li> Perform quality checks on Final Client Deliverables and distribute to client. </li><li> Proactive communication with both rig crew and client personnel. </li><li> Must be able to fulfil Senior Field Engineer role as and when required. </li><li> Understands basic rig operations. </li><li> Responsible for rigging up and rigging down surface equipment at rig sites. </li><li> Responsible for supervising, mentoring & on the job training of MLWD FE I & II. </li><li> Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. </li><li> Must be able to travel domestically and internationally and work both onshore and offshore. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> 5 Years as Lead MLWD. </li><li> Met all MLWD III training and competency requirements </li><li> Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting and teamwork skills. </li><li> Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation </li><li> Able to relate to rig-site personnel at all levels. </li><li> Experiences with Rotary Steerable tools </li></ul>',

This position of Field Specialist requires demanding, hands-on job that makes use of the latest technologies to deliver solutions for our clients. Acts to manage field crews whenever necessary. They are trained and certified to maintain and run Special Services operations, among others. Acquires and develops broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area. Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional products. Exercises limited judgment. Works on small projects or portions of larger projects. Assists on other tasks, or performs moderate design tasks. Receives close supervision, and thorough review of all work performed for application of sound professional judgment. <br><br>Responsibilities and duties: <br><br><ul><li> Able to operate hydraulic & Mechanic CRT & maintenance </li><li> Able to operate JAM unit with power tong and CRT </li><li> Able to operate hydraulic Power Tong to run casing or tubing </li><li> Able to use hydraulic or electric power units </li><li> Have a keen understanding of different types of handling equipment related to Tubular Running Services </li><li> Able to work effectively on pulling units as well as drilling rigs </li><li> Perform maintenance & repairs on company owned rental equipment in the field as needed. </li><li> Accurate & thorough completion of job reports on a timely basis. </li><li> Assist in the shop and make deliveries when available </li><li> Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs. </li><li> Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. </li><li> Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. </li><li> Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. </li><li> Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> 4-6 years related in TRS (Tubular Running Services) </li><li> High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum.
