KPMG Global Services (KGS) India is a strategic global delivery organization that works with more than 50 KPMG firms to provide a progressive, scalable and customized approach to business requirements.The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.Roles and responsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of healthcare transformation initiatives and core healthcare operations engagements for clients from global marketsEngage with clients to gather project requirements and ensure deliverables meet their needs.Actively participate in client presentations, workshops, and meetings to communicate project progress and recommendations. Utilize data analysis techniques to analyze large volumes of healthcare data and generate insights using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI. Develop strong stakeholder relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving. Provide support in proposal creation and assist in the development and finalization of market-leading bids.Contribute to the development of new solution offerings, thought leadership and POVs in the healthcare domain by developing a deep understanding of emerging healthcare topics. Demonstrate familiarity & proficiency in the usage/understanding of generative AI, including knowledge of application of AI in healthcare. Stay updated on healthcare industry, regulations, and developments to provide expert insights and high-quality consultation to clients.Education / professional qualificationsBachelor's or advanced degree in a field related to healthcare. Master's degree in management preferred.Prior Experience:The candidate must have 4-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, If possible in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4 / Healthcare Industry.Experience & Background Experience in transformation projects across the payer/provider value chain, with focus on Gap Assessment, Business Process Mapping, Patient Access Transformation, Data Analysis & Modeling, Financial Analytics, Regulatory Analysis, Benchmarking, Revenue Cycle Management, Workforce Management, EMR/EHR (Epic), Target Operating Model Design, Care Optimization, Healthcare IT.Helpful to have worked on pre/post hospitalization processes, understanding of patient workflow in a care set up, understanding of physician-patient, physician-pharma, or payer-provider interactions.Extensive market research capability to support consulting projects.High proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Aris/Visio, Excel (data modeling skills - intermediate to advanced excel skills with macros/VBA knowledge).Good knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Azure (to assist in scaling up analytics solutions for handling large datasets), Alteryx etc.Prior Business analysis or consulting experience strongly preferredGood communication - listening, speaking, and writingGood interpersonal skills. Should be able to work as part of a team.Exposure to global healthcare (US/UK/Middle East) is a must. PRB
