Roles & Responsibilities:Deep knowledge for the maintenance of Boiler pressure parts, soot blower, safety valves5 yrs. planning for AOH & COH with proper spares, resources & other supporting activityKnowledge for the Welding technology, Latest NDT techniques Ensure Participating & preparation of Failure analysis reports & CAPA implementation at siteEnsure that all the equipment's mechanical defects covered as per operation requirement with proper daily planning, shutdown & Overhauling. Ensure that Maximum Equipment availability with design through put at all the timeEnsure the proactive approach all CBM practices like (vibration analysis, Oil analysis, Heat loss mapping)Implementation of Best Practices to reduce the repetitive job & optimum output of the machineAlign all the activity conducted so that business plan /target like APC, SCC, PLF and availability can be achievedDriving improvement initiatives and ensuring positive results. Ensure drive the SGA/Kaizen/QCEducation Qualification | Work-Ex | Desired Attributes:B.E./ B.Tech. (Mechanical)10 yrs.
