As a Mentor, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of 3D modelers and rendering artists. You will help the team develop their skills in 3D modeling and rendering, provide critiques and feedback, and ensure that they are meeting their project goals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide customized solutions as needed.QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring roleExpertise in 3D modeling software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, and SketchUpProficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Maxwell, and Mental RayExcellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to team membersAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related fieldIndustryProfessional ServicesEmployment Type PRB
