Assistant Manager - Finance, Accounting & Taxation

Summary:The purpose of the role is to provide play an active role in financial accounting, taxation (Bothe direct & Indirect) , and taking care of the compliances under laws namely Companies Act, Income Tax Act & RBIRole and Responsibilities:· Responsible for Month End, functional expenses review & year end closing of Books of Accounts· Responsible for preparation of Financial Statement as per IGAAP & USGAAP (for consolidation purpose) and to get the financials audited.· Preparing and maintaining books of accounts as per Companies Act and Income Tax trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, and accounts payable, including journal entries of month end of various expenses.· Ensuring that statutory audits, tax audits, Internal Audits/third-party audits, and cost audits are done as per the timeline.· Timely submission of return/records to MCA/ROC as per companies act.· Preparation of board resolution and minutes of the meeting.· Preparation of statutory schedules intercompany, business support services, fixed asset, and general ledger reconciliation on monthly basis.· Responsible for providing necessary support and assistance to our external partners for Transfer Pricing/Income Tax & TDS related matters, managing Tax litigations.· Preparing monthly reporting on the aged items and ensuring their timely clearance.· Monthly closure of trial balancesRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:· Qualified Chartered Accounted.· 2 to 3 years' experience.· Having sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Income Tax, and INDAS PRB
