Jump in!A relentless passion to learn more about machine learning and generative AI, bringing your knowledge to shape Citi's future.What you'll do within the Tech Strategy team:Lead the 0-1 build of multiple AI productsDesign and build high-quality, highly reliable products with user experience at the centreBe responsible for engineering innovative, best in class AI platforms for the bankCreating firsts in the Generative AI space as part of the team that defines the strategic direction for the bankContinually iterate and scale Generative AI products, whilst listening to the needs of the customers (internal)Developing automation for application and containerization best practices that can be enforced / validated in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and other platformsPrototyping new concepts and open-source technologies at pace for relevanceEducating the wider community on engineering best practices and platforms developed by the groupPartnering with central teams to develop IaC modules, CI/CD pipelines with Tekton and other such leading productsExperience That Will Help You Succeed In This RoleDeep hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, developing backend platforms and engineering APIs that scale9+ Years of exp. in at least two programming language, with preference for Python and GolangPytorch, TensorFlow experienceExtensive public cloud experience and should have delivered hybrid architectures spanning private and public cloud/sGood applied understanding of DevSecOpsFamiliarity with open source and proprietary tech including Kafka, Hashicorp Vault, Terraform, Postgres, MongoDB, Prometheus and other such is expectedUnderstanding of language models and transformersUnderstanding of vector stores and search algorithmsLarge-scale ETL developmentDirect engineering experience of high performance, large-scale ML systemsHands on MLOps experience, with an appreciation of the end-to-end CI/CD processHave experience supporting fast-paced startup engineering teamsHave used LangChain and even contributed to the project.A well-known contributor to opensource and always thinking out of the box tooling, using and standardizing with methods of creating APIs , ML/Ops automation and more.
