Job DescriptionManage & lead a team of 5-6 accountantsCross departmental budgetingEnsure adequacy of financial reporting processes with the right checks and balancesPrepare MIS and financial documents monthlyManage cash flowManage creditors & debtors for the companyExternal & Internal stakeholder managementAnalysing complex financial data to prepare reports, provide insightsRecommend cost reduction strategiesAdhere to financial & taxation laws as per govt lawsCreate secure process to contain confidential informationSkills/RequirementsProven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role with a previous background in a Food CompanyMust have worked closely with management / foundersMust have familiarity in presenting to investors & relevant senior stakeholdersExperience in fund raisingIn-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeepingHands-on experience with budgeting and risk managementExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting modelsProficiency in accounting softwareSolid analytical and decision-making skillsLeadership abilitiesBSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant fieldMSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CA/CFA) is a plus PRB
