We are now seeking a talented Unreal Engine 5 Developer to bring their expertise to our diverse project portfolio, ranging from modeling, texturing, and UV unwrapping to advanced simulation and game simulation using VR/AR technologies, Unreal Engine 5, Blender, Substance Painter, and more.What You'll Do:Develop and Enhance 3D Simulations: Utilize Unreal Engine 5 to create high-quality, immersive 3D training videos and simulation experiences for the maritime industry, pushing the boundaries of realism and interactivity.Collaborate on VR/AR Projects: Work on cutting-edge VR/AR simulations, contributing to all stages of development from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Innovate and Optimize: Apply your knowledge of 3D math, Blueprint scripting, and optimization techniques to solve complex challenges, enhancing performance and user engagement across all projects.Bridge Art and Technology: Act as a key link between technical and creative teams, translating artistic visions into technical solutions and contributing to the development of intuitive user interfaces and mechanics.Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Unreal Engine technology and related fields, contributing to the team's growth and the continuous improvement of our projects.What We're Looking For:Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, especially in Blueprint scripting, with a robust understanding of 3D math principles, optimization, and Object Oriented programming.Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions, demonstrating a blend of creativity and technical acumen.Collaboration Skills: Eager to work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating effectively with technical artists, animators, and developers to bring shared visions to life.Passion for Learning: A continuous learner, open to exploring new tools and techniques, and keen to contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and project requirements with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering results.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 developmentExpertise in C++ programming and game development is not a requirement but a plus.Familiarity with real-time rendering techniquesExperience with game physics and AIKnowledge of optimization techniques for game performanceAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldIntermediate to Expert knowledge in Blender and Substance Painter is required.
