Social Media Strategist

The Junior Strategist will oversee the smooth and efficient execution of account maintenance tasks, ensuring timely communication of all campaign and administrative matters to the relevant teams and partner agencies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrated experience in organically reaching audiences across digital platforms to enhance creator visibility and brand recognition through innovative content strategies and distribution techniques.Developing social media strategies tailored for the exclusive talent represented by LIT.Implementing a disruptive and impactful approach to influencer-powered marketing for major brands and agencies, with a focus on scaling up LIT's marketing services.Generating creative pitches and scripts for branded content involving both exclusive and non-exclusive talent.Leveraging expertise in creator profiles and the creator industry to assist in building robust social media presences.Collaborating closely with talent managers, editors, and other relevant points of contact to ensure timely deliverables.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Minimum 1 year of experience in creative thinking and branding exercises.Strong aptitude for creative thinking and storytelling for brand development.Proficiency in research and analytical skills.Effective presentation and communication abilities.
