Experience: 8 -12 years.Must Have• Lead the Scrum process within software development.• Deliver business value through development and execution.• Work with Product Owners to ensure the appropriate development and delivery of the prioritized backlog.• Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution. Assist the team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition, and sizing.• Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the ability to deliver against the commitments• Strong expertise on either SQL & Oracle PL/SQL or Java or any open source technology with hands-on development & implementation experience• Ability to review the work done by the team and guide them in case of roadblocks.Good to Have• Scrum Master Certification• Knowledge of Banking DomainQualification: Masters / Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field PRB
