Internet of Things - Engineering Manager

Manager - IOT DevelopmentExp: 10+ YearsLooking for seasoned Technical Engineering Manager with hands on expertise and deep technical knowledge in enterprise architecture. The software is built to run in a public cloud environment with edge devices ingesting large amounts of data. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building multi-tiered products in the IoT domain.Roles and Responsibilities:· Manage a team of 6-10 software developers in Cloud/Edge/Computer Vision Products. Drives progress by re-enforcing NPI phase gate process. Champion of Change Management in project scope and team capacity. Ensure NPI meets product / project cost, and end user requirement. Leads weekly project meetings coordinating cross functional team member's tasks and due dates.· Work with product managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment, to implement high-quality products that meet business goals. Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering teams and support. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Conduct design review with architects and PM to ensure new products meet specification. Work closely with project manager to drive successful project completion and meet schedule.· Candidate will be reporting to senior leaders in engineering team, assume ownership, be a self-starter, creative, and energized to technically drive the team's mission. The candidate will operate with a high degree of "end-to-end ownership" with collaborative & result oriented approach.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS o 12+ year experience in Enterprise Software Product developmento 1+ year experience as a Technical Manager PRB
