Artificial Intelligence Specialist

The Opportunity:As a Lead Software Engineer, you will utilize knowledge on AI and LLMs and experience to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will also play a key role in the development of work teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will also be involved in cross-team planning activities such as providing status updates and coordinating activities.You are great at: Lead, drive and implement highly scalable and complex solutions on AI, including LLMs, Inference Engineering and Prompt EngineeringProduce high quality code according to design specificationsUtilize superior analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix highly complex code defectsDefine best practices and standards for database design.Serve as a thought leader, mentor and advocate for best practices concerning data ArchitectureLead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standardsCollaborate with Product Owner to plan and prioritize tasks for others to support the achievement of team objectivesProvide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.Lead and/or participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework What it takes:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years of enterprise product development experienceStrong OOD and Java programming experience is requiredCode Assist and Generative AI Experience is desirableExperience in Docker, Kubernetes is a mustOAuth2 / OIDC experience is desiredExperience in any of the IDE Plugin Skills is desirable· VS Code Plugin and/or Typescript skills· Jetbrains Plugin and/or Java skills· Visual Studio Plugin and/or C# skills· Eclipse Plugin and/or Java skillsA strong understanding of Application Architecture, High level and Low level designGood knowledge on algorithm design and analysis, including knowledge of data structures and design patternsFundamentally good programming and debugging skillsStrong hands on experience in Java, Spring, and J2EE technologiesExperience of Rust, TypeScript would be a plusExpert in Postgres, RESTGood understanding of performance and security aspects of software developmentGood communication skills PRB
