Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT (would be given preference)Certifications & SpecializationsITIL V3 / ITIL AdvancedMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (added advantage)Certifications in network i.e., CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate (would be given preference) PRB
