Title Offered: Associate Director/DirectorLocation options: Chennai/BangalorePosition overview:The SAP Digital Supply Chain Lead will work with ERP Practice Head to set the strategic direction, lead the growth, and manage all facets of the Digital Supply Chain area of the ERP Practice. Will be responsible for managing P&L and financial targets, formulating the strategy ensuring high quality project execution and a strong contribution to the presales process. Building upon an existing culture of inclusion, integrity, and respect, this role supports the growth of the team's competency, skills, and attitude.Roles & Responsibilities :Manage, lead and mentor a team of Digital Supply Chain specialists and grow future skills from within based on market demand.This includes ownership of the employee lifecycle from interviewing and hiring, through to developing skills, performance rating and disciplinary responsibilities.Manage all aspects of presales and deliveryBuild team for presales and deliveryManage exiting and new clientsManage fulltime and part-time team as well as partners/subcontractorsDrive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer specific technology value propositions.Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.Must provide leadership and management for the assigned team, and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery market ready solutions.Work with clients directly.
