Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor an SEO team divided into on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, ensuring high performance and continuous development. Performance Analysis: Conduct regular SEO audits, monitor website performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics and search engine updates.Budget Management: Manage the SEO budget efficiently, allocate resources wisely, and forecast future needs to ensure optimal ROI.Revenue Forecasting: Work closely with the finance and marketing teams to forecast SEO-driven revenues, contributing to the company's financial planning.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all facets of our web presence.
