Key parts of the role: Leadership & managementBuild & manage the unit according to Sii mission, goals, valuesEnsure that the realization of Sii operations is conducted according to the applicable law and internal Sii proceduresAssure efficient recruitment processProper office management, taking care of the atmosphere, ensuring good impressions of workers and candidatesEnsure good cooperation with Sii India Managing Director and his team based in Bangalore, mainly in areas of local Sii India processes like payroll, legal aspects, financial reportingRecruit wise, competent, and nice people with Sii Spirit and who share Sii valuesSet SMART quarterly and yearly goals to your team, support team members whenever neededPlan, organize, and monitor subordinates work and KPIWelcome new workers in Sii, make them feel good and integratedManage conflicts in your team if they appearProvide honest feedback and criticism when neededControl & manage properly subordinates' remunerationImplement specific local recruitment, marketing, and employer branding strategy for Sii India PuneBusiness developmentSupport Sii business development by assuring fast and efficient recruitment process of Indian engineers to Sii clients/projects that need services from IndiaPromotion of Sii India Pune, its services, and engineers among Sii managersSell Sii offering in the Indian market:Build a local prospection list, register new prospects and contacts in our CRM systemMake initial contact and meet prospects and clients to explore their needsNegotiate contracts according to Sii legal standardsWin deals and open new accounts or increase business with our active accountsRequired skills & experience Previous experience in IT recruitment or as a IT sales - professional services companies preferredWide knowledge & understanding of IR professional profiles, processes, and technologiesEntrepreneurial and business-oriented approachProfessional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility, disciplineNatural determination, ambition, fighting spirit, can-do attitudeExcellent interpersonal & leadership skillsHigher education degree (IT or business degree preferred)A proven track record of successfully managing a team, department, or companyExcellent communication skills, including excellent English PRB
