Financial Controller

"Elior Group, headquartered in France is one of the leading global players in Food services, operating in India since 2017 with presence across metro cities".We're looking for an Experienced Financial Controller for our India BusinessKey roles and responsibilities:Timely consolidation of numbers and timely and accurate closure of Head Office booksTimely Submission of the performance pack and BFC (Balance sheet and P&L) pack to the group.Ensuring all direct and indirect tax issues of the entities are managed.Managing statutory and tax audits as per set timeline, analyzing & implementing auditor's findings and recommendations.Developing best financial accounting practices & control procedures and continuous monitoring to maximize impact and efficiency.Review of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. variance analysis, margin % with respect to budget, inventory analysis, Capex spend, Days Sales Outstanding & Days Payable Outstanding analysis.Reporting of Financial Statements in compliance with International Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Adherence to Group's Reporting & Compliance requirement on submission of financials reports, internal control and Fraud & Risk AnalysisResponsible for Direct and Indirect Tax Planning, filling of returns and representation before various authoritiesFacilitating with System Development Team in developing customized reports to maximize management information system for financial reporting.Assisting Functional Heads to improve their financial awareness and provided them with relevant financial information for their operations.Effective internal controls for reliable financial reporting & safeguarding the company's assets through Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).What's required:Preferred Chattered Accountant (CA)8+years in of experience in finance and accounting field.Proficient in liaising and negotiating.Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to Management on financial decision making.Working experience with MS Excel and ERP ToolsBenefits:Competitive SalaryProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work environmentWork Location: BangaloreJoin a vibrant team where your skills matter and take the leap towards success.Please drop in your CV to jobs@elior.co.inRegardsHR Team PRB
