Over the past 4.5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.Job Overview:As a Program Manager (Strategic Content), you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing content tailored for thought leadership purposes for all CXOs and mangement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's narrative and positioning in the market through high-quality content initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.The ideal candidate working with Aditya Birla Capital in this role must have extensive experience in content creation and editing space with a high obsession for content quality and customer satisfaction.This is a contractual and in-office role based out of the Aditya Birla Capital's Thane, Mumbai office for 12 monthsJob Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Aditya Birla Capital's objectives and target audience, with a focus on CXOs.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams, to understand business priorities and translate them into compelling content initiatives.Create high-quality content assets that showcase thought leadership and address the needs of CXOs.Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation and creation to editing and distribution, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external partners to gather insights and input for content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in content marketing and thought leadership within the financial services industry, and incorporate insights into content strategies.The ideal candidate must - Proven experience (8+ years) in content marketing, thought leadership, or a similar role within the financial services sector.Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Strong project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track and measure content performance.Aditya Birla Capital is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
