As a Principal Consultant Finance & Risk at Firm C, you will: Lead and manage complex Finance & Risk transformation projects for a variety of clients at the executive level.Develop and implement innovative solutions to our clients' most pressing challenges.Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, and serve as a trusted advisor.Play a key role in developing and implementing the firm's strategy.Mentor and coach junior consultants, and help them to develop their skills and knowledge. The role As a Principal Consultant, you will bring extensive expertise and a track record of excellence in Finance & Risk, showcasing your ability to successfully lead and oversee complex projects. Your role will involve spearheading intricate initiatives, introducing innovative solutions, and forging enduring relationships with high-level clients. You will need to have a deep understanding of Finance & Risk, as well as a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects. You must also be able to think strategically and creatively, and you must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition to your client work, you will also have the opportunity to be creative and entrepreneurial, and to help shape the ambitious growth goals of the organization. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior consultants, and to help them to develop their skills and knowledge. What you bring to the tableUniversity or HBO degree in a relevant field10+ years of relevant work experience.
