Job ResponsibilitiesWork on Desktop & Server Virtualization along with L2 & SMEsWork on major incidents and provide permanent fixDocument RCAs of major incidentsPrepare POA and implement major changes in infraWork on incident \ issues escalated by L2/L3 teamWork on creating LUN, shared storage and mapped to HypervisorWork along with OEM during major incidents and share relevant logs, implement solutions provided by OEMManage SLA and Availability of ServicesAbility to manage the existing L2/L3 team Primary Skill SetOverall 10+ years' in IT Infrastructure experience with minimum 6+ years in Citrix Desktop Virtualization & VMWare/Azure (Microsoft)Proficient in Desktop & Server VirtualizationBasic understanding on storage and connectivity fundamentalsConcepts & Architecture of Citrix and other virtualization platformGood Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, User Managements Experience: · 10+ years of total and relevant 6+ years of experience in managing IT Infra with Citrix Desktop Virtualization Soft Skills: Good/Excellent Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write)Report WritingAnalytical & problem-solving skillsGood presentation skillsAbility to interact with internal/external clients and handle escalationsWillingness to Continually LearnTeam Player & People Management Skills Education:Any Graduate, preferably from IT backgroundPreferably MCP Certified PRB
