Opportunity: Head of Finance

Our prestigious client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join and lead all finance and accounting purposes for the property, including hotel rooms and apartments.

Considering Assistant Financial Controllers or Assistant Finance Managers for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated and smaller finance team

Oversee all financial and accounting operations.

Report directly to the General Manager

Drive financial strategy and contribute to business decisions

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, especially hotels.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the team

Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth and performances

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
