It has now evolved into a multi-brand organization with Pink Fort — an ethnic, Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today and March — a sterling silver and semi-precious jewelry brand, which caters to women's need for high-quality jewelry at affordable prices.About the role:As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire design process, from concept to finished product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage junior designers, and ensure the creative vision aligns with the brand's identity and market trends.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreating monthly Western wear, Fusion wear, or Indo-Western collections by brainstorming and crafting new ideas.Crafting Mood Boards, Color Boards, Illustrations, and Storyboards as part of the design process.Overseeing the creation of technical packs, print development, and the sampling process.Continuously researching and staying updated on fashion trends to make accurate forecasts.Managing vendor relationships and collaborating closely with internal teams.Identifying key items that drive profits at the beginning of each season.Leading the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects.Ability to take the lead, and deliver independently, with strong experience in product development, fittings, silhouettes, and pattern making.Demonstrating an exceptional sense of aesthetics.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's diploma/degree in Fashion Design preferably from NIFT and Pearl Academy.3 to 7 years of experience with team management experience and independently managing product design for a range of Western Wear, Fusion wear, or Indo-Western brands/sub-categoriesPrior experience in e-commerce and/or with independent retailers on their private label businesses and/or with leading Indian brands.Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detailsExcellent knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Proficiency in design software and technical drawing.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.Note - *You can share your resume and an updated portfolio directly at careers@fablestreet.com* PRB
