Swa's structure of minimal hierarchy gives our employees the opportunity to take personal ownership of projects that matter from day one. www.drinkswa.com/, https://www.instagram.com/swa.artisanalsyrups/Write to us at info@drinkswa.com for more details and to explore this further. Job Purpose:The main purpose of this role is to ensure development and management of the company's business in the HORECA Segment (offline). Role & Responsibilities:Developing a sales strategy along with Regional Sales Manager, including cold calling, door-to-door selling, and product demonstrations.Working with consultants and distributors in discovering new prospects, both in Hyderabad and BangaloreDriving along a designated route to pitch Swa to prospects, and visiting regular customers.Informing existing customers of upgrades to products, as well as introducing new product lines.Analysing consumer behaviour and collaborating with the sales department to remain competitive.Collecting data along the route on the menu, owner details, manager details etc.Taking purchase orders, negotiating sales contracts, and collecting payments.Maintaining sales records and meeting sales targets, as well as presenting manager with regular updates.Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient customer services, as well as resolving complaints.Ensuring that promotional and demonstration materials are kept in mint condition.Requirements:An associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or hospitality would be advantageous.2-3 years experience as a sales representative in a related industry preferred.Valid driver's license with a two wheeler preferredSpeaking knowledge of English, hindi, telugu and kannada preferredSuperb interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
