The company was started by senior managers from Amazon and ITC with MBAs from XLRI and ISB. Our website:https://caresmith.comResponsibilities for videographer & video editor•  Complete all filming duties related to the specific media product from concept to completion•  Shoot and edit a wide variety and high volume of short-form digital video for social media specifically reelsConceptualize and shoot engaging video ads for performance marketing and manage the shoot end-to-endExecute high quality shoots with limited budgets•  Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with the team•  Deliver high quality edits in a deadline driven environment•  Organize footage for archives•  Work as a videographer / photographer on an assigned daily basis•  Edit content according to needs to include graphic treatments, color grading, coding, music, sound mixing, dynamic typographic treatments•  Utilize our in-house studio and company-owned equipment to produce engaging video media to be utilized on various platforms, such as websites, social media and at on-site eventsQualifications for videographer editor•  Ability to maintain quality and meet deadlines•  Works well under pressure and requires minimal supervision•  Shooting video using DSLRs, GoPros, Smartphones•  2-5 years of experience in the film or video industry•  Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or any other video editing software suite•  Knowledge of composition, lighting, and shooting•  Knowledge and experience working with motion graphics and animation will definitely be a big plusPlease share your portfolios on hr@caresmith.com with the subject as - Job Application - Videographer & Video Editor.
