This role needs Life Sciences/Laboratory Automation domain experience.Key Responsibilities· Support the execution of our online training strategy. · Develop role-specific certification programs in Scitara Academy for Scitara DLX customers· This role requires to collaborate with Service Delivery team members, Product Application Specialist (PAS), Enterprise Services Group (ESG), Product Support Specialists (PSS), Product Managagement, Product Engineering, Product documentation, Sales and Marketing to scale Scitara Academy. · Work closely with the Service Delivery and Customer Success teams to get implement the feedback on Scitara Academy. · Responsible and take ownership of the course content, goals, presentation, course effectiveness and assginments. · Responsible to keep the Scitara Academy updated and up-to-date. · Work cross-functionally and collaborate with SMEs during all phases of development and delivery as required. · Manage the overall operations of Scitara Academy, including budget accountability, design, development, and delivery of learning interventions.· Manage the end-to-end setup, configuration, integration of the LMS Platform. · Partnering with key leaders and stakeholders to advise on best practice learning solutions.· Familiarity with agile ways of working, and proven impact when it comes to driving learning for impact, user experience and strategic alignment with business goals. Ideal CandidateEducational QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalent years of professional experience Experience · Total experience of 7+ years, preferable in Life Sciences industry . At least 3 years of experience in Learning and DevelopmentDesired Skills · In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching). · Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning is desirable. · Hands on experience on e-learning software tools like Articulate. · Understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies. · Ability to create engaging and informative learning content, including text, images, videos, audio, animations, and interactive elements. · Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), multimedia editing software, and other technology platforms used to develop and deliver e-learning content. · Skills in multimedia production, including video recording and editing, audio recording and editing, graphic design, and animation.· Familiarity with SCORM specifications and documentation. · Excellent communication skills.
