IT Project Manager

Role :IT Project ManagerLocation :Pune(Onsite)Job Type:Permnent with Purview Services Job Description :Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Client/Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders. Foster strong relationships and regularly communicate project status, updates, and progress. Address any concerns or issues promptly. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation plans to address them. Problem Articulation: Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to recognize to the global remit of this role. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, make adjustment as necessary to stay within budget constraints. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with the agreed-upon specifications. Role requirements:Very strong knowledge and hands on experience on Project Management tools , worked on regulatory projects for banks.Knowledge of Scaled Agile framework, Agile methodology and must have worked in cross functional teams that are well versed with Agile and DevOps Knowledge and experience in working with 3rd party vendors would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Wealth and Personal Banking business; especially - Finance and Tax domain. Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions. A customer-centric mindset, understanding the importance of meeting clients' needs and expectations. Relevant certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
