E-Commerce Outbound Manager

Responsibilities : Oversee the outbound process of daily fulfillment operations. Route and shipping channel consolidation oversight. Planning/expediting daily own deliveries. Ensure timely dispatch of orders throughout all shipping channels. Ensure that outbound queries are resolved timeously. Manage delivery drivers. Hospitality-like delivery service management. Fleet management. Order return logistics. Monitor product quality and cold chain throughout the outbound process. Develop and implement standard operating procedures. Key Skills:  Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively, High energy levels, Fluent in Afrikaans & English; with exceptional writing and communication skills, A creative approach to day-to-day challenges and a strong sense of ambition. Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary qualification (eg. Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management). At least 3 years experience in Production / Supply-chain / Logistics/ E-commerce / Hospitality. People management experience. A passion to delight customers and give exceptional customer service. Demonstrate a target-oriented and performance-driven attitude. Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
