Fashion Designer

We are fast emerging school wear brand focused on giving fashionable, high quality School uniforms and Accessories. We are head quartered in Coimbatore and serving across South-India.We are looking for a fashion designer to oversee the research and development of new clothing lines based on the current trends in the market.Responsibilities Managing the design process from conceptualization to final sampling.  Conduct market research to identify the current trends and choose fabrics wisely.  Be creative with good color knowledge. Create lookbooks of the designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously Communication with the production department on design, samples, and bulk production.  Ensure the final fit of the garments. Create garment spec sheets for the production.Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a fashion designer or similar role Experience: 3 to 5 years  Proficiency in Adobe illustrator  Any other design software will be an added advantage  Excellent design and conceptual skillsEducational qualifications B.tech Fashion technology /B.Sc Fashion, Masters in Fashion design  Any relevant fashion degree/course.
