Job Description:As a Sales Trainer, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. Primary objective will be to equip our sales representatives with the knowledge, tools, and techniques necessary to meet and exceed sales targets. Handholding, doing joint visits and delivering threshold performance in new joiner would be primary accountabilities.The candidate should have the relevant Industry experience and confident to manage the profile independently. The key result areas (KRAs) of:  Develop and implement effective sales training programs tailored to the needs of various sales roles, including new hires and existing sales managers.  Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and multimedia content, to effectively convey sales concepts, product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.  Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, such as classroom training, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.  Facilitate role-playing exercises, simulations, and real-world scenarios to reinforce learning.  Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs, gaps in knowledge or skills, and areas for improvement within the sales team.  Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.  Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives, including personalized feedback, performance reviews, and skill development plans.  Partner with sales leaders to onboard new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company sales objectives, processes, and culture.  Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and Risk & Policy to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience. Desired Skill Set: Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in NBFC/BFSI  Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.  Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams to achieve sales goals.  Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering engaging training sessions.  Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate performance metrics, and measure training effectiveness.  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.  Adaptability and flexibility to adjust training approaches based on audience needs and feedbackExperience: 7 - 10 Years Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
