In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journey with our products/services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value they derive from our offerings and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for driving customer success.Responsibilities:Design and execute effective SEO strategies to boost our online presence and search rankings.Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, emphasizing our SaaS products and, ideally, catering to the Pharma industry.Lead and manage bi-weekly webinars, positioning Multiplier AI as a thought leader.Oversee our Podcast channel, ensuring content aligns with our marketing objectives and brand voice.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive SEO and content marketing strategy.Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO and content marketing, applying best practices to drive success.Qualifications:least 70% above throughout my academic career.At degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.communication skills.2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and content writing.Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for SaaS products. Experience in Pharma is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to conduct webinars and manage a podcast channel effectively.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging and influencing our target audience.Adaptive and proactive, with a keen ability to thrive in the fast-paced startup ecosystem.experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers of varying backgrounds and levels of expertise.problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.with a track record of achieving or exceeding customer success goals.to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
