Business Developer - Out of home (Galway)

JOB DESCRIPTION To develop Richmond Marketing’s leading premium products portfolio across all out of home channels in particular catering, QSR's, coffee outlets and speciality retail.   REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate good negotiation and presentation skills along with a proven sales record and knowledge of the out of home channel. They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role. Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean drivers’ licence.  KEY TASKS

• Actively market & promote Richmond’s portfolio within the out of home channel
• Build strong direct & indirect route to market business
• Achievement of value and volume targets
• Execute promotions & visibility within the channel
• Be aware and report on competitor and industry update
• Any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time
• Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Must maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour and discipline.
• Adhere to performance appraisal procedures.

• Key relationships with Head of Out of Home, Out of Home Key Account Managers, On Trade Director, telesales team and the brand & marketing teams.
• Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments.
• Strong communications with all channel stakeholders
