Orpea Residences have an exciting opportunity for a  General Operative Maintenance Team Lead  role to support our Maintenance department in  TLC Cara Care Centre - Northwood Santry, Dublin . The post involves working as part of a team in the provision of maintenance support to ensure the cleanliness, security and safety of the overall facility. Duties Include: · Day to day maintenance support · Delegate Assign task wherever required · Involve/Support & drive the team · Maintenance of the outdoor area and gardens · Updating equipment records as required · Responsible for job completion (broken down equipment, callouts etc.)· Participate fully in required training · Assist with painting and decorating · Security and safety The ideal candidate should have the following: · Experience in a similar position · Full clean driving license All applicants will require 2 previous work references (including most recent employer) and will have to complete Garda Vetting before employment.
