Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. Job Description: To Lead Business Process with the most efficient way to reach the most accurate Forecast numbers. Close coordination with Business team and req good analytical skills and Data management.

Identifying and implementing best practices to improve forecast accuracy.
Partnering with Sales and Marketing to ensure current and long-term market intelligence is incorporated into the demand plan
Driving improvements of forecast assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues
Leverage Forecast Performance Metrics tools to measure accuracy, evaluate the quality and frequency of overrides, assess forecast bias, and identify and address the largest sources of forecast error
focus on the alignment between the demand plan and the business plan (OP/QOR)
maximize the effectiveness of the statistical forecast by adjusting/cleansing historical demand and determining appropriate levels of aggregation for calculating the statistical forecast
Challenging the Sales and Marketing assumptions when significant deviations occur between the demand-based revenue plan and the business plans
Do Data analysis and to figure issue and improvements
Able to communicate in English
