Ensure that the qualityrequirements of the fabrication, construction, and installationactivities, as detailed in COMPANY's main contractorapproved QC procedure and plans, are implemented in accordance withthe COMPANY's approved projectdocuments.Ensure that contractor,sub-contractors, and Vendors have the required competent resources,implant internationally acceptable practices and delivery of aproduct in compliance to corporate and Project Qualityrequirements.YourTasksMonitor all site and fabrication yardwelding activities and ensure that all welding joints were weldedas per COMPANY approvedWPS's.Attending all PQR'smechanical testing to ensure complete implementation of corporatestandard requirements.Witness allcontactors' welder's qualification tests andevaluate their visual and NDT results.Witnessall site or fabrication yard NDT daily activities, carry outinterpretation for test results, and evaluate thefindings.Monitor the stage (in-process)inspection of offshore steel structure fabrications, and top sidefacilities at contractor fabrication premises and verify theproduct conformity to corporate standard, project specs, andinternational codes/standard.Report daily toQA/QC Coordinator/ Engineer and advise him on theCOMPANY's main contractor compliance with contractprocedures and standards and any matters effectingquality
