Manage and Lead the subcontractactivities within the Project Management team. The PSM will alsoensure that subcontract planning, tendering and administration isperformed efficiently, effectively and accordance with corporatepolicies and procedures.Ensure inclusion ofHSE requirement in subcontractagreement.Consult with project management andcoordinators on scope of work and other requirements pertaining toa specific subcontract. Received and checkrequisition for subcontracts.Develop Projectsubcontract plan. Assist with the developmentand update of cost for forecast for input to Project Manager.Should take the lead in dealing with changes /claim from the subcontractor.
