based in Doha.Role:Theposition will have multiple roles including acting as Accountantand Admin officer for SMAP Water and for Saur Qatar Branch, whistacting as an Accountant / cost controller for other projects withSaur International as required by the Saur GCC Finance Manager.Ingeneral, will oversee see all aspects of accounting, accountspayable/receivable, WP, budgeting, fixed assets, tax, governmentand GTA compliance, cash flow analysis, audits, and financialreporting and analysis.Responsibilities:Ensures the integrity ofaccounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, andentering transactions. Maintains cash flow statement and updateswith actuals. Verify the project invoice and follow up with theclient for receivables. Prepare monthly/Quarterly/Annual financialreports to Management. Maintains general ledger, preparing a trialbalance, and reconciling entries. Summarizes financial status bycollecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit andloss, and other statements. Prepare and maintain payroll and WPS.Completes external audits by analyzing and scheduling generalledger accounts and providing information for auditors. Avoidslegal challenges by complying with legal requirements.Requirements:10-15 years overall experience in financial accountingSuitable qualification, preferably Graduation in Accountancy /Commerce. Fluent in English Experience handling Project Accounts.Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, andleadership skills. Good knowledge of Commercial/Business andfinancial auditing Must be capable of working within a team andbeing remote from the rest of the team. Benefits:Salary packageaccording to seniority.
