We have been present inQatar for over 35 years and with over 350 employees to date and weare growing rapidly. Thales in Qatar is part of our Middle Eastbusiness that has 1,800 people across Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, KSA,Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE. Our people are working ontwo major urban rail projects; the Doha Metro and Lusail Tramwayand providing security and communications systems for HamadInternational Airport and Doha Port as well as deliveringworld-class In-Flight entertainment and Connectiivity systems. JOBOBJECTIVE Lead client engagements and provide global technicalleadership. Define and Deliver Cybersecurity Consultancy andSolutions (architectures, frameworks, processes…) toclients with OT environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES As aCybersecurity Consultant: • Lead Clients Engagements,provide cyber technical leadership, and produce cybersecuritydeliverables. • Identifying and addressing client needs:building solid relationships; developing an awareness of cyberservices; communicating with the client in an organized andknowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information;demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; andcommunicating potential conflicts to a supervisor; •Design and develop cybersecurity architectures for ICS/OT systemsand networks. • Deliver security programs, strategies, andframeworks with associated KPIs • Develop and Execute RiskAssessment/Management processes, and communicate findings todifferent stakeholders • Develop and review technicalarchitectures and conduct systems and network security strategicplanning • Develop and conduct cybersecurity technical andvulnerability assessment for complex systems •Use/Develop/Adapt risk assessment methodologies and tools for bothIT and OT systems • Perform security risk assessments ofboth IT and OT systems • Check compliance with applicableregulations, standards, policies and guidance on cybersecurity andinformation risk management (PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27K, Privacy, etc)• Derive cyber security requirements and recommendationsfor action according to regulatory requirements •Assessing the efficacy of existing security measures and controls• Carry out IT and OT security analyses, assessments andaudits • Coordinate penetration testing services• Develop security policies and procedures
