The role holder is responsibleto conduct technical expert training and supervise participants.The role holder also maintains the training rooms and equipment andupdate training material and constantly improve quality oftraining.CoreResponsibilities: Conducttraining and education.Evaluation of Trainees Planningtraining resources equipment material and operate trainings. Maintenance of trainingresources Lead and coachtrainees Improve trainingcourses and training approaches. Assess evaluate and certify Trainees Works as per rules andregulation in cooperation with Quality Assurance and ContinualImprovement section to secure and maintain the ISO / RiskManagement / ISMS certification.Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within theDepartment are inline with Kahramaa health and safetyregulations.RequirementsCandidateshould be holder of: Master or atleast Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Training methodologyCertification (Train of The Trainer) The candidate should be abilingual speaker & writer At least 5 years of experiencein engineering and ideally 1 year in training and developmentarea
