Prepare donor financialreports.Consolidate and update a quarterlyoperational budget.Track invoicepayments.Oversee submission of Monthly FieldFinancial Reports to SFCG-HQ.Review budgetswith actuals reports to ensure adherence to restrictions on lineitem flexibility and stated restrictions on accepted costs. Supportfollow up actions to resolve any identifiedproblem.Ensure that SFCG and partners keepsupporting documents for all financial transactions and ledgers forFixed Assets, Purchase Requisitions, Cash Receipts andDisbursements.Leads budgeting processes forCountry Program.Supports country program staffwith budget forecasting.
