C-40A Field Service Rep - Defense Experienced

Work to fully integrate allprogram elements, aircraft production, modifications, engineeringservices and CLS to assist the Navy with maintaining the highestmission capable rates. Improve customer satisfaction throughfrequent and open communication with all customer contacts. Rapidlyrespond and resolve all customer supportissues.Provide technical research and guidancein the resolution of field problems related to installed equipmentand systems and provide over-the-shoulder assistance and trainingto the Organizational Level maintainers for all aspects of linemaintenance and servicing of the C-40A aircraft. The FSRs shallparticipate in functional check flights, operational flights, andtravel worldwide to assist in aircraft repair, as requested. TheFSRs shall be on-site two (2) hours prior to schedule missiondeparture and one (1) hours prior to scheduled arrivals with aminimum of eight (8) hours per day workrequirement.
