Manage the production and ensurethat there is proper planning, organization and control. ProductionManager ensures that the production process is properly adhered to.He oversees the team to ensure that they are fully utilized andensures that that final product meets the quality standards set bythe company and the client.KeyResponsibilitiesOperationsThe Production Manager'sresponsibility is to ensure that goods are produced efficiently atthe right amount, cost and level ofqualityOversee productionprocessPlan and organize production scheduleand adjust when necessaryDetermining staffingand equipment needsEnsures production is costeffectivePlan and utilize human and materialresources effectivelyLiaise among differentdepartment heads to ensure smoothoperationConducts performance review fordirect reportsWorks with Managers to implementcompany's policies and goalsEnsureshealth and safety guidelines in the production arefollowedFacilitates on site visit of equipmentsupplier's engineers andtechniciansMonitoring production standards toensure that they meet or exceed customerexpectationsPrepare production progressreport
