Must-HavesBachelor'sDegree in an Applied Science (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry), orMedical Technology or Clinical LabScienceMinimum 3 years relevant experience in aclinical laboratory.In depth familiarity withrequirements of accrediting agencies, particularly The JointCommission and College of AmericanPathologistsPrevious experience in Hematologylab.Nice-To-HavesCertificationby American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or NationalCredentialing Agency (NCA) or equivalent agency as a MedicalTechnologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Medical LaboratoryTechnician, or specialty certification ispreferredSupervisory experience in a clinicallaboratory is preferred
