Responsibilities:• Patient Care: • Conduct comprehensivenutritional assessments to understand patients' healthgoals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions. •Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based nutritionplans tailored to each patient's specific condition andrequirements. • Provide education and counseling topatients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and managingspecific dietary needs. • Monitor patient progress towardtheir health goals through regular consultations and adjustments totheir nutrition plans as needed. • Collaborate withphysicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensurecomprehensive patient care. • Documentation and Reporting:• Maintain accurate and detailed medical recordsdocumenting patient assessments, interventions, and progress.• Prepare reports and summaries of nutritionalinterventions for other healthcare professionals involved inpatient care. • Professional Development: • Stayupdated on the latest advancements in clinical nutrition researchand best practices. • Participate in continuing educationopportunities to maintain professional licensure and enhance yourskills. • Contribute to the overall improvement ofnutritional services within the hospital orclinic.
