Schedule and conduct programs,classes, workshops and other presentations for youth, families, andother adult groups.Develop orientatedresources and programs that highlight the stories and objects ofthe Mathaf. Develop written plans for variousprojectsPlan and direct all programminginitiatives for the museum's indoor and outdoor playareas.Identify and liaise with communitygroups in efforts to create partnership working withMathaf.Create monthly a report of programs andattendanceReport on end of year spending forall public program's projects.Writeand submit regular evaluation reports on all family and outreachprojectsData entry and database administrationfor audience contactsOverseeing bookingsystems, visitor responses and publicinteractionPreparation of materials andlogistics in advance of programsResearch onaudience, and community contactsSupport ofEducators and freelance teaching staff in programdelivery
